Returns Policy

 

Our Stores’ Returns Policy


It is our principle and priority that our customers are always happy.  Taking this into account, our Returns or Replacements Policy focuses on the following points on the condition that the original receipt is always and in all cases presented.

 

We reserve the right to change or update our Returns and Cancellation Policy. We will however post any changes on this page

 

LaptopsClearance offers a 14 day or 7 day return policy on purchased merchandise based on the following conditions:

 

CASE 1

Unopened, Unused, Non Damaged  in its original packaging

A.ONLINE ORDERS

If you have a non-defective merchandise which is unopened, in its original manufacturer packaging, we will issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can ship the product to LaptopsClearance Nicosia shop, delivery to our address and at your expense.

Return at LaptopsClearance shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

 

You can also return the product personally, by visiting the LaptopsClearance Nicosia shop along with the receipt of purchase.

 

The return product is subject to a 15% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. Return shipping to us is at your expense.

The product can be exchanged with another of equivalent value or The customer can claim the remaining as cash refund if he/she does not require a product replacement.

 

B.SHOP ORDERS

If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened in its original manufacturer packaging, we will issue a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can ship the product to LaptopsClearance Nicosia shop, delivery to our address and at your expense.

Return at LaptopsClearance shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

CASE 2

Opened, Unused, Non Damaged in its original packaging

We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective

CASE 3

Opened, Defective, in its original packaging

Online orders including shop orders

If you have received defective merchandise you must contact Laptopsclearance within 2 days for replacement of defective merchandise with the exact same product.

Return at LaptopsClearance shop within 2 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.

 

You can also return the product, personally by visiting the LaptopsClearance Nicosia shop along with the receipt of purchase.

 

Return shipping to us is at your expense.

 

The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange.

 

The product can be exchanged with exact same one.

 

CASE 4

Unopened, Unused, Damaged Packing, in its original packaging

If Customer receives products in damaged packing, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify LaptopsClearance immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged products. Please notify LaptopsClearance Customer Service at info@laptopsclearance.com.cy or 22311183 for the damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for LaptopsClearance to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.

 

Replacement Policy:

Customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise toLaptopsClearance.

LaptopsClearance will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.

All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY


 

If you have chosen to Pick-up from our LaptopsClearance shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling our shop at 22311183.

 

If you have chosen the ACS delivery, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.

 

After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

 

You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

 

To cancel your ACS delivery order, please call 22311183, Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:30.
